
Hi, I’m Petter, the CEO here at LFCG. My job involves a bit of everything – from looking after our finances to making sure we’re keeping up with the latest tech that can help our business grow. I also make sure we’re working well with our partners and suppliers. When I’m not busy with work, I love catching a Premier League game or enjoying some American football.
I grew up in Oslo, a city that’s always buzzing and changing, which really sparked my curiosity about everything tech and business. I’ve had a pretty varied career, working in IT, dipping into the charity world, and taking on roles in sales, marketing, and consulting. Along the way, I’ve picked up skills that help me lead teams and inspire people to get the best out of themselves.
With over 30 years in the game, I’ve seen nearly every side of business you can imagine. What I bring to the table is my ability to connect the dots across different fields—like sales, marketing, and IT—to come up with solutions that are out of the ordinary. I’m all about understanding exactly what our clients need and making sure we deliver exactly that, but with a creative twist that keeps us ahead of the curve.
One of my standout projects was with a non-profit that was having a hard time increasing donations. We took a close look at how they connected with people and revamped their message to tell a more relatable, human story on their website. We also shook up their social media strategy and got some influencers on board to spread the word. It was great to see not just donations increase, but also more people getting involved and volunteering.
Another time, I worked with an online retailer who needed a major website overhaul. We redesigned their site with a focus on making it easy to navigate and engaging for customers. By switching to a more robust platform and improving the checkout process, we saw their sales shoot up and customer feedback turn really positive.
As for what’s next, I’m really excited about the possibilities with AI. It’s changing the game for how businesses operate, and I’m keen to dive deeper into how we can use it to enhance our marketing and sales strategies. I’m also keeping an eye on new trends like blockchain and the metaverse, which I think could open up some interesting opportunities.
