Can you introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your role at Elite Bemanning?
As CEO and recruitment consultant at Elite Bemanning, I have had the opportunity to combine my passion for building teams and finding the right talent for our clients. My role is about understanding both the client’s needs and the candidate’s potential to create lasting partnerships.
What has been your career path up to now where we start our collaboration?
I have a diverse background with experience in B2B sales, insurance consulting, and the hotel industry. These roles have equipped me with a broad perspective on the business world and an understanding of the importance of quality in the service we provide.
Can you tell us about a particularly challenging project you have worked on and how you tackled it?
One of the most challenging projects was to win back a client we had lost. Through hard work, dedication, and rebuilding trust, we were able to not only regain them but also strengthen the relationship for future collaboration.
What areas of management consulting and recruitment have you specialized in, and what do you like best about it?
I have specialized in IT, finance, and sales. What I like best is seeing how the right talent can transform an organization and drive progress.
What drew you to L&F CG, and how does it align with your professional values?
What attracts me most is the opportunity for mentorship and working towards common goals. This aligns well with my professional values of collaboration, growth, and community.
What do you think sets the collaboration between Elite Bemanning and L&F CG apart from other consulting firms?
What sets us apart is our close collaboration based on trust and a mutual understanding of our shared client relationships. We share a common desire to achieve the best for all parties involved.
What are your goals for the first year of our collaboration?
My goal is to bring together more companies and clients under one umbrella to create stronger and more fruitful relationships.
How do you see your role developing, and what impact do you hope to have?
I see myself developing into a project manager and partner over time, with the goal of success for both Elite Bemanning and L&F CG.
What are you passionate about or interested in outside of work?
Outside of work, I am passionate about real estate, hiking, visiting theaters and museums, traveling, and networking.
Can you tell us about a book or movie that has had a great impact on your work philosophy or your life perspective?
The book “Me Before You” by Jojo Moyes, and the sequel “Still Me,” has had a great impact on how I view challenges and opportunities in both life and work.
How do you view the work-life balance, and what tips can you give to others in the consulting industry?
It is important to remember to put on the brakes sometimes. Take the time to stop, breathe, and do what gives you energy. Balance is key.
How do you see the consulting industry developing over the next 5-10 years?
I believe there will be a greater need for consulting services, where AI and AI cannot replace human emotional intelligence (EQ).
What advice would you give to someone who has just started their consulting career?
Never give up. There will be ups and downs, but that’s part of the journey. Keep going and stay focused.
Do you have any closing thoughts or messages for our colleagues and the L&F CG community?
My vision is “Make the Team work – then the Dream will Work”. Together we can achieve great things and create a positive change in the industry and for our customers.
