With over 15 years of experience in managing large teams and spearheading recruitment initiatives, Vuong brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success in enhancing employer branding and fostering diversity and inclusion.

Vuong has demonstrated exceptional skill in managing and recruiting for teams of up to 130 employees, making significant strides in positioning companies as top-choice employers within their industries. His passion for employer branding and his commitment to diversity and inclusion are at the heart of his professional ethos, driving him to achieve remarkable results in these areas.

 

Problem-solving and Applications

Vuong’s strategic approach to problem-solving has enabled companies to significantly reduce costs and employee turnover while simultaneously increasing their branding power. Leveraging cutting-edge tools and in-depth research on candidate behavior, he has successfully guided clients, particularly in the tech sector, to surpass their recruitment goals and outpace other industries such as oil, offshore, construction, and healthcare in recruitment innovation.

Vuong’s unique contributions come from his passion and curiosity in HR and recruitment. Recently, he played a pivotal role in a project that dramatically exceeded expectations by recruiting female board members for a client, achieving 112 applications against a goal of 30. His use of research and analytics to drive recruitment strategies is a testament to his innovative approach to client challenges.

Among Vuong’s notable successes was his collaboration with a retail client that saw their conversion rate soar from 8% to 60% under his guidance. This achievement garnered attention from corporate headquarters in Germany, leading to discussions on implementing the Teamtailor system across the entire group to enhance recruitment processes globally.
