The world is changing and an aging population requires up and re-skilling to
meet the challenges of the future. We wanted to see if Norwegian marketing
agencies are organized for such re and up skilling as part of their talent
management department, HR.
Of the 87 marketing agencies we surveyed only 12 were organized with up and
reskilling programs. Programs built into and HR department with focus on
talent management
It’s hard to make an argument for organic growth without an effective up to
date HR department focusing on talent management and re and up skilling in
marketing, sales, AI and management.
