The purpose of this course is to give the student a basic understanding and skill sett for doing a sales inspection. So that the student can partake in discussions on sales inspections, design and set up proper sales inspections. Decide upon appropriate actions to accommodate sellers and explain their actions to the agency management 

Learning process

Prerecorded lectures 
A lecture is 30-45 minutes 
Each lecture has it's own syllabus, in general around 50 pages
Each lecture consist of several video sessions
A video session last's about 10 minutes 
Each session has it's own power point presentation  

Everly lecture has 3 or more assignments. Assignments designed to implement the learning objectives in the students day to day activities 

Finally there is a multippel choice exam at the end of the course. In the exam you will find questions and pictures. The exam is 50 questions and one hour

Learning objectives

After completing this course the student will be able to prepare a sales inspection
After completing this course the student will be able to interview the seller
After completing this course the student will be able identify all the sellers wants and needs
After completing this course the student can explain their strategy to the management
And the student should be able to close more deals

Arvid Madland Lyngnes has a master of science in marketing and works as a teacher and lecturer in marketing and sales in real estate. Arvid is also an advisor for real estate developers, investors and estate agencies. Arvid is one of the founders of L&F CG learning
