After reaching an agreement we will sign your data processor agreement, or we will provide you with a data processor agreement that is compliant with GDPR. We need to know your current tech stack, and we need access to your calendars so we can complete our technical setup.
When the technical setup is done, we will have a workshop with you and your agents. We need this workshop for a photo session, copywriting, and coaching in usage. Finally, you or someone from your office can press the play button and watch the magic unfold. Our customer retention service uses known frameworks like Zapier to connect to other systems like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk and HubSpot for automation and workflows. Everything we do is compliant and in accordance with GDPR.
Customer retention services start off at €5.000. The price depends on the number of participants from the agency. When the agreement is signed it will usually be about 2 weeks until we are ready for the workshop. Every client will receive a tailor-made offer based on their exact needs and wants.
How it works in in a timeline
Data Processor Agreement
First, we must sign a data processor agreement. This agreement allows us to assess and handle the data we need to design different campaigns and journeys.
We must have a light access to your tech stack so we can develop a routine for data transfer from your tech stack to ours and then back inside. We will set up 5 different target groups. 1) Former sellers 2) former buyers 3) visitors from open house showings 4) identified potential sellers 5) identified useful stakeholders.
We must be allowed to assess the different forms of GDPR consent between your agency and your clients. This access will allow us to design campaigns in compliance with the existing consent.
Design to Engage
Engagement campaigns are by nature designed to trigger a positive response and action from the targets by presenting a significant value proposition. We will design and set up three different campaigns for each target group, developed from best practices. You can correct each campaign two times before we start.
Technology for Booking
We must have access to a company email account and a company calendar. Every potential lead will book their appointments here. How you choose to divide leads amongst the agents, is up to you.
We use an email client for these campaigns. Our email clients have built in capabilities ensuring your domain won’t be blacklisted. The same email clients allow us to use video, pictures, and live links inside the email without being identified as spam by the receiving email client.
Design the Customer Journey
Customer journeys are designed to make sure your clients come back to you and they are designed to make sure your clients act as your ambassadors to friends and family. For that to happen they need constant validation of their choices. We will design and set up 3 different campaigns for each target group, developed from best practices. You can correct each campaign two times before we start.
Customer Journey Campaign
We use another email client for the customer journeys. This email client has other qualities and provides us with more customer data for your agency to use in omnichannel marketing campaigns.
We will update the different targets on a weekly basis. Campaigns done for engagement will be done on a weekly basis. Campaigns for the customer journey will be done on a monthly basis.
