First of all, we will start, together with the management to assess the company’s goals and ambitions. This is to clarify which opportunities and possibilities we need to include as benchmarks for all legal documents and processes. The keyword here would be all legal documents and processes.
The next step would be to create a filter, a legal benchmark if you will, that every legal process and document has to comply with. With this filter, we will do proper due diligence on all the contracts the company is committed to. Wherever we the filter reveals faults we will mend them and adjust those documents for future use. And we will negotiate terms with the company’s contract partners.
Afterward, we will utilize the same benchmark and analyze the company’s business processes to ensure they are compliant with the benchmark we developed. These processes include, but are not limited to, sales, marketing, organizational development, recruitment, education, economics, finances, IT security, data security, and data systems.
At this point, the company is a solid, secure and legislative proactive unite. Now our client can start attacking the market. Meaning preparing and structuring the company’s legislative processes for aggressive m&a and defensive due diligence.
The last part of the linear legislative process is preparing the organization for new markets and growth. Providing the company with an opportunity to go on the attack into new markets and be readied for it thus not creating an explosive legal cost.
Finally, since we now know the complete legal structure, any legal process, the compliance is done on every part of the company. If any conflicts arise, we will be more than prepared and as long as no one has blatantly screwed up, win those conflicts.
