Introduction

The purpose of this course is to give the student a basic understanding and skill sett in how to market their services too home and property owners. The student should know how to do basic market research, how to analyze market data and decide on proper marketing actions and activities for their chosen segment of homeowners  

Learning process

Prerecorded lectures 
A lecture is 30-45 minutes 
Each lecture has it's own syllabus, in general around 50 pages
Each lecture consist of several video sessions
A video session last's about 10 minutes 
Each session has it's own power point presentation  

Assignments
Everly lecture has 3 or more assignments. Assignments designed to implement the learning objectives in the students day to day activities 

Exam 
Finally there is a multippel choice exam at the end of the course. In the exam you will find questions and pictures. The exam is 50 questions and one hour

After completing this course the student will be able to understand how marketing works 
After completing this course the student will be able to set up and execute a basic marketing plan
After completing this course the student can explain their strategy to the management
And the student should be able find more sellers
