The purpose of this course is to give the student a basic understanding and skill sett in profiling potential customers and their stakeholders 

After this course the student should be able to partake in discussions on customer profiling. Develop and execute their own tactics and explain their actions to the management.

Learning process

Prerecorded lectures 
A lecture is 30-45 minutes 
Each lecture has it's own syllabus, in general around 50 pages
Each lecture consist of several short lectures
Each short lecture last's 5 - 10 minutes 

Everly lecture has 3 or more assignments. These Assignments are designed to implement the learning objectives in the students day to day activities

Group mentoring
(i) Make sure doors stay open
Group coaching 
(i) How to work your network for information
(ii) How to get on the front foot 

Finally there is a multippel choice exam at the end of the course. In the exam you will find questions and pictures. The exam is 50 questions and one hour

After completing this course the student will be able to set up and execute necessary activities to attract all of them
After completing this course the student can explain their strategy to the agency's management
