The purpose of this education program is to help the real estate agent find, close and sell more property.

We will start of with artificial intelligence and how to use it. We will work on traits and attributes and how to find your perfect market. We will work on psychology, sociology, negotiation and sales. We will work on personal branding. We will work on digital marketing. And we will work on how to utilize the team around you

Learning process

The marketing and sales for an realtors starts 2 times a year. 

The program contains courses from different academic institutions 

The content in the education program is revised 2 times a year 

Each modul in the education program has a minimum of 25 hours of learning. And requires 4-5 hours of work a week.

Student can choose to skip modules and re- enter the program at their own convenience

Students are encouraged to develop their own version of the L&F CG learning playbook.

Arvid Madland Lyngnes

Arvid Madland Lyngnes has a master of science in marketing and works as a teacher and lecturer in marketing and sales in real estate. Arvid is also an advisor for real estate developers, investors and estate agencies. Arvid is one of the founders of L&F CG learning
