Introduction
The purpose of this education program is to help the partner develop their market, find new and exiting markets and develop and educate their team.
We will look into new technologies such as but not limited to artificial intelligence. How to assess markets, how to develop teams, how to retain customers, how to develop relations, digital marketing, negotiations and sales

Learning process
The marketing and sales for an agency partner starts 2 times a year.
The program contains courses from different academic institutions
The content in the education program is revised 2 times a year
Each modul in the education program has a minimum of 25 hours of learning. And requires 4-5 hours of work a week.
Student can choose to skip modules and re- enter the program at their own convenience
Students are encouraged to develop their own version of the L&F CG learning playbook.

Arvid Madland Lyngnes has a master of science in marketing and works as a teacher and lecturer in marketing and sales in real estate. Arvid is also an advisor for real estate developers, investors and estate agencies. Arvid is one of the founders of L&F CG learning
