The purpose of this education program is to help the agency principal in day to day business activities.
Business activities such as market assessment, organizational development, implement artificial intelligence and other tech. We will also cover branding, digital marketing, coaching, workshops and mentoring.

Learning process

The marketing and sales for a real estate principal starts 2 times a year 

The program contains courses from different academic institutions 

The content in the education program is revised 2 times a year 

Each modul in the education program has a minimum of 25 hours of learning. And requires 4-5 hours of work a week.

Student can choose to skip modules and re- enter the program at their own convenience

Students are encouraged to develop their own version of the L&F CG learning playbook.

Arvid Madland Lyngnes has a master of science in marketing and works as a teacher and lecturer in marketing and sales in real estate. Arvid is also an advisor for real estate developers, investors and estate agencies. Arvid is one of the founders of L&F CG learning
