The L&F CG laboratory develops highly specialized services in sales, marketing and tech for estate agents and agencies. These services are developed together with external specialists and 1-2 estate agencies for alpha testing. Before being offered to a select few agencies for BETA testing. The finished service will then be presented to every estate agency in our markets. 

If you were a footballer, there is a very select few who can aspire to be both a goalkeeper and a striker on the highest level. Specializing in one position will, as a rule of thumb, make most of us better.

Expected metrics from our collaboration

  • We expect to sell 10 of our joint services on average each month
  • We expect to provide 2-4 free BETA services in each new market.
  • Our joint service partners on delivering complementary services to our clients, will have the first go.   
  • Our joint service partners will have first go on delivering services to L&F CG
